Brick Mountain (Bolivia, 2013) – Due to missing construction space and high ground prices the inhabitants of El Alto and La Paz build their houses even on the hillsides of the local mountains. Most leave their houses “unfinished” without putting stucco to avoid paying the full local construction tax.
